(iv) We also encourage you to use appropriate warnings, safety locks, or holder for your laser product to prevent children from accessing or using the laser product that may arise in accidental usage.

LASER RISK AND DANGERS

You bear all risk associated with the illegal activities or dangers associated with the improper use of the laser pointer, and warnlaser.com do not have any liability for any claims, losses, actions, damages resulting from operation or malfunction of the laser device, suits or proceedings arising out of or otherwise relating to such improper laser usage irrespective of whether you have authorized the use of the laser product and laser devices or not.

RETURN MERCHANDISE

All laser product purchase in our website is covered with limited warranty. You may return and exchange your laser product under warranty anytime. Before returning any merchandise we advise you contact us first at master@warnlaser for proper return merchandise procedure.
